1. Do you offer delivery services and what is the delivery fee?

Yes we offer delivery services of all areas in Hong Kong! You can pick your delivery area upon check out and the delivery fee will be shown according to your delivery address. For delivery location that are not listed in our site, additional charges on delivery may incur. Please call us at 9876 8501 or email to enquiry@praisefloral.com before you place an order.
Delivery charges are for one attempt only. For unsuccessful delivery, we will return the order back to our studio. Additional delivery fee will be charged for second attempt.
Sender should check the recipients' address and contact details carefully upon checkout.
In the case of Typhoon 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm signal being hoisted delivery services will be immediately suspended.

2. May I cancel or change my order after I placed my order?

Cancellation of orders are not accepted. All orders placed are final. If you wish to change the order, please contact us three working days prior your delivery date.

3. May I request refund or exchange after I received my order?
​
We always strive our best to keep our product with the best condition before delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
